We’re Chad and Aalia Scott — a husband-and-wife real estate team proud to serve buyers and sellers across Kenosha County.

Before real estate, helping people was already a big part of our lives. Chad began his career as a firefighter and paramedic before becoming a Realtor in 2018. Aalia also worked as a paramedic before earning her real estate license in 2022. Today, she also serves the community as a full-time teacher with KUSD, working with students at a local school.

We were married in 2011 and are raising our daughter here in Kenosha — the community we proudly call home. Because we live and work here, we truly understand the neighborhoods, schools, and lifestyle that make this area special.

Our goal is simple: to always be there for our clients and make sure they feel confident throughout the entire buying or selling process. We work hard to help our clients get the best possible outcome while making the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

When we’re not working with clients or teaching, you’ll usually find us enjoying local events around Kenosha, watching a movie, or spending time with family.
