The process
We talk first. Budget, timeline, what matters most, what you can live without. A phone call or a text thread works fine.
Get your lender lined up. I will happily suggest lenders, and you are free to use your own. Knowing your number early saves everyone time.
Tour homes. Send me a listing and I will set up the showing. We look at what fits, not everything on the market.
Make an offer. I will walk you through what the home is likely worth, what the seller may care about, and what terms make sense.
Inspections and title. I will connect you with inspectors and a title company I trust and keep the paperwork moving.
Closing. You sign, get the keys, and I stay in touch after.
